We’re Dani and Maritza — a mother–daughter duo and the heart behind 512 Cookies. Baking has always been our love language, a way to bring people together through extraordinary sweet experiences.

During quarantine, we set out to create the perfect cookie. After months of testing, tasting, and fine-tuning, we finally said, “These are the ones.” Inspired by both our Venezuelan roots and American traditions, we’ve blended cultures into a cookie experience like no other.
